New Schedule for Cheques

Dear MUN delegates,

As most of you are aware, I was unable to collect your 80 euro cheques last Friday 20 October as the Rectorat had not yet had time to validate the voyage.

There is nothing to worry about, in so far as that validation process will take place over the holidays (and all we need to buy are 16 train tickets to Nancy.. and the SNCF has reassured me this poses no problem). I will pay our inscription fees on November 7th.

The New Plan then?

Bring your 80 euro cheques to 2AP at midday, not at 7:45am.

 I need to sing the Marseillaise at the Prefecture at 8.30am and so my timing is a little short ;-) I wouldn't want to be late, now would I ?? 

 :-)

 More seriously, I need you to bring your 80euro cheques to room 07 at 12h (and, première students, if possible stay for the hour).

 I will then give you a package of documents for your parents to sign before we leave THE FOLLOWING MONDAY 13 NOVEMBER!!

  • Monday 7 November, 2017
  • Room 07
  • Midday
  • The cheque for 80 euros addressed to 'L'agent comptable du Lycée International des Pontonniers' - the cheque has to be dated 6 November 2017 
  • Please write your name and class on the back of the cheque.
